2027 BMW M 1000 RR Limited Edition Isle of Man TT – First Look
Celebrating 115 years of the Snaefell Mountain Course
The 2026 Isle of Man TT kicks off next week, but BMW is getting a head start on the festivities with the reveal of a limited edition M 1000 RR.
The BMW M 1000 RR Limited Edition Isle of Man TT (yes, that is a mouthful of a name) marks the 115th anniversary of the modern TT Mountain Course. There have been a few alterations over the years, but the TT has used the Snaefell Mountain Course since 1911, with its 37.73 mile length becoming one of the world’s most iconic race circuits.

BMW has a history of success at the TT, going back to Georg Meier’s win in 1939 on a “kompressor” R 255. The current overall speed record at the TT was set in 2023 by Peter Hickman on a BMW M 1000 RR, completing the course with an average speed of 136.358 mph.
The TT edition M 1000 RR celebrates the course’s history with a British Racing Green Uni Matt paint with a Satin Chrome aluminum tank, and graphics featuring the names of key sections — left-hand turns on the left, right-hand turns on the right — on the side panels. The full course map and TT logo are featured on the carbon fiber airbox cover.
Other features include a black Alcantara seat, individually-numbered milled top yoke, TT branding on the subframe, an M Race cover kit, a rear wheelstand, a branded mat, and a certificate of authenticity.
The limited edition model is otherwise mechanically the same as the M 1000 RR model with the M Competition package which adds an M Endurance chain and a selection of carbon fiber and billet aluminum pieces. The engine is the same 999cc inline-Four, with BMW claiming a peak output of 205 hp at 13,000 rpm and 83 lb-ft. at 11,100 rpm.
Suspension duties are handled by a 45mm inverted fork and monoshock — both fully adjustable — while the braking package features radial-mount four-piston M-branded blue anodized calipers. A titanium Akrapovič exhaust and lightweight carbon wheels help to bring the curb weight down to a claimed 428 pounds.
Pre-order information will be available on BMW’s official website. Pricing details have not been announced, but considering a similarly set-up M 1000 RR comes in just over $44,000, we expect the M 1000 RR Limited Edition Isle of TT to approach $50,000.
