New Ducati Monster Sport Livery Draws Inspiration from the Iconic S4
Ducati only just introduced its fifth-generation Monster, but apparently, its Ducati Red and Iceberg White color options aren't enough. Hence the introduction of a new Sport Livery in gray, black, and red, inspired by the iconic Monster S4, the first four-valve Monster. Perhaps it's because Ducati is celebrating its 100th anniversary this year, or maybe it's to mark the 25th anniversary since the S4's introduction in 2001. Either way, the new livery adds a more dynamic look to the Monster's otherwise monochromatic palette.
The Sport Livery uses the same red wheels as the Iceberg White color, but with matching stripes on the tank, tail, and Monster+ flyscreen to separate the black and gray areas. The red stripe in front of the black knee cutouts in particular are reminiscent of the Carl Fogarty limited edition livery from 2002, which used white to separate black and red paint on its fuel tank.
In the U.S., the Sport Livery raises the 2026 Ducati Monster's starting price to $14,995, a $1,000 premium over the Ducati Red option, and $800 more than the Iceberg White color.
