Insta360 GO 3S Motorcycle In-Helmet POV Bundle (Special Edition) Midnight Black
Insta360 is doubling down on the motorcycle market with the launch of the GO 3S Motorcycle Bundle, pairing its latest ultra-compact 4K action camera with a mounting ecosystem designed specifically for riders.
At just 39 grams, the GO 3S is one of the smallest action cameras on the market, but its appeal for motorcyclists goes beyond size. The new Motorcycle Bundle focuses on simplifying POV capture on the road, combining the camera with purpose-built mounts that allow riders to attach it to helmets, handlebars, crash bars, or bodywork without complex rigs.
The camera itself is a notable step up from the previous generation, now offering 4K video in a thumb-sized form factor. A new processor delivers improved image quality and responsiveness, while Insta360’s FlowState stabilization system is designed to smooth out the high-frequency vibrations typical of motorcycle riding.
Where the GO 3S differentiates itself is in how it’s used. The camera can be mounted remotely while riders control it through the included Action Pod—a compact, flip-screen controller that doubles as a live preview monitor. This allows riders to position the camera in hard-to-reach or visually dynamic spots—such as low on a fairing or facing backward—while still being able to frame shots and start recording without removing gloves.
The Motorcycle Bundle leans heavily into that flexibility. Magnetic mounting and quick-release hardware are designed for fast repositioning between rides, encouraging experimentation with different angles rather than committing to a single fixed setup. For riders who document their trips, commutes, or track days, that modularity is a major selling point.
Durability also plays a role in its appeal. The GO 3S camera is waterproof to 10 meters (33 feet), meaning it can handle rain or road spray without additional housing. The Action Pod is splash-resistant, making it suitable for everyday riding conditions.
Hands-free operation is another key feature for motorcyclists. Voice control enables basic commands without touching the camera, while the compact size minimizes wind resistance and visual distraction—two factors that often make larger action cameras cumbersome on helmets.
Beyond capture, Insta360 continues to emphasize ease of content creation. AI-assisted editing tools and FreeFrame video allow riders to shoot first and decide framing later, streamlining the process of turning ride footage into shareable clips.
While traditional action cameras still dominate in raw performance and battery endurance, the GO 3S Motorcycle Bundle takes a different approach—prioritizing convenience, flexibility, and minimal footprint. For riders who want to capture their perspective without adding bulk or complexity, that trade-off may be exactly the point.
The Insta360 GO 3S Motorcycle Bundle is available now, with pricing varying based on storage capacity and included accessories.
