Is the KTM 990 RC R Comfortable To Ride?
Comfort isn’t often part of the conversation with this type of bike, yet that’s exactly what impressed our own Nic de Sena after a few miles aboard the brand KTM 990 RC R last month.
The bike's ergonomics find a sweet balance between support and freedom of movement. The seat offers quality support from front to back, and the tank design — featuring loads of real estate along the sides — offers a natural place for your knees to grab without crowding your upper body.
Once you start moving around on the bike, you notice how easy it is to hang off through corners or stretch out on the straight tucked behind the bubble. The chassis feels eager to turn but never nervous, settling into corners and easily earning your trust. The cliché would be to say it’s “on rails,” but in this case, it’s pretty accurate.

I hope they have more availability of this bike once spring and summer roll around, because all of the early ones are getting snapped up and I’m not able to purchase one until spring at the earliest. Hopefully there are some left!
After only our first date?

The pictures always show curves and twisties while most bikers ride on mostly state or county roads. Are the bikes comfortable in a more upright position?
